College logo/Crest artwork needed

I need a crest/logo created for a University.
The University itself is fictitious, however the crest itself needs to look AUTHENTIC!
Details:
1. Attached are samples of crests that have elements of what I want.
2. I prefer a shield (of some sort) with four images (that I will show you) and some text.
However, I'm lenient on this AS I want it to look authentic.
3. Relevant details that need to be on the shield:
- The "founded" year: 10,000 BC
- The Mandarin symbol for Hemp: [url removed, login to view]:[url removed, login to view]
- The ymbol for THC (triangle to the 9th power) found in first paragraph here: [url removed, login to view]
- The number: 420
- An image of a DIME inside of a BAG. (see attached file called: DimeinBag)
Mockups are PREFERRED when bidding, shows effort.

The direction of this project has changed. The logo image will based on the symbol for Cadillac, a mock image.
Completed image will be longer and wider than the Cadillac symbol (more like sheild), with Black, Gold and Silver as the main colors.
However, the "tips" of the crown on the symbol, will instead be small hemp leaves. The logo should still look like it's two parts (as the cadillac symbol does).
The triangle to the 9th power symbol for THC, will still be on. Also the chinese word for Hemp will be as well. The Est. 10,000 B.C. should also be on the final image.
Image will be used in a fashion like the WSU ALUMNI photo attached.
