Change logo vector for new domain name (Adobe Illustrator)

Hi folks, we have a logo for our existing company (travel) and we need it changing for a new domain (car transfers/airport pickup etc)
The logo must maintain the same look and feel for consistent family branding but the words need changing.
I am attaching the file to this project. The file contains two graphics, one with a blue background, one for a white background. Both need to be changed
The word "The" should be removed (That's the easy part)
The word "Colombian" should be the same and in the same place within the file size (easy part too)
The word "Way" should be changed to the word "Transfers" in a similarly styled design with the same colour
The leaves at the bottom of the logo I will leave up to your creative instincts, it could be maintained or it could be something more relevant to car transfers
Don't know how to play this, watermarked mock ups would be a delight, I would consider giving the project blind to someone that has a great portfolio too.
