CCG Character Art - Sergeant

I'm looking for an artist to draw a character for an upcoming customizable card game. This is a darker, gritty, modern setting (with a hint of sorcery), so please keep that in mind when bidding. I tend to give a lot of creative freedom to the artist when it comes to the artwork - artists/designers work better if I'm not micromanaging every single thing - but do ask to see a draft of the idea before it goes into the final coloring stages. Don't worry, that comes AFTER the bid is accepted. This particular piece is for a named character in the setting. He's a sergeant, thin and lithe with glasses; that's about as far as I've gotten with my mental picture. I'm glad to either flesh it out further or see/hear your ideas. :D
