Album Art for Digital Single

I just finished writing a piece of music called Catalyst and am looking on sending it out for digital distribution. The song is very upbeat and happy and is written with a pop/rock orchestra. For submission, I need an album cover to submit to CDBaby. The requirements for the image are as follows: - Must contain the name of the song (Catalyst) - Must have my name (Colton J. Provias) - 1400 x 1400 pixels 300 dpi - JPEG - RGB color profile - No vulgar images or etc. - 25 MB or smaller You have artistic freedom with the content of the cover, although I will note that I am personally a fan of clean designs. The name is based in chemistry as a catalyst speeds up a reaction and this song is being released in hopes of helping me push further into music.
