Design a Brochure

Ok, so we're looking to revamp our sales brochure here. I'm attaching a couple of samples - our existing one plus a very horrible mockup someone did for us. I'm also attaching a word doc with a lot of the features we offer that our competitors don't. I'm looking for something catchy and not too boring. That's why you'll see I picked the WE DO THIS. OTHER PROCESSORS DO THIS. I'm not sure that's exactly the right wording. It could be "WE DO THIS" "YOUR PROCESSOR DOES THIS". Obviously I'm going for some juxtaposition and contrast here - illuminating our company, Host Merchant Services, as awesome. Our website (future project?) is www.hostmerchantservices.com. It gives you a bit of an idea of what we are all about. In the Word doc that provides some copy/ideas for the slick, I bolded the features that are probably most resonant with our target base. Overall our current slick is just too bland and doesn't rise above the crowd. We want to get people excited about doing business with a company that is easy to work with, has great service, low rates, and earns our customers' business every day.
