Animated (Flash/whatever) Invite Card to 40th B'day!

Hi there, My BF will turn 40th in July/12 and we are planning a big trip to New Zealand to enjoy snow together. We would like to send a different invite to our friends, not in paper, but online and animated. Would anybody be able to develop it for us? "Sort of online card" ... with Music, create an Avatar based on his picture... snowboarding, drinking and having fun... not sure, we need your creativity to help us and maybe give us 3 samples to choose from. Movie wouldn't be longer than 60secs, something very personalized but cute and attractive, as we would like to convince his friends to come across New Zealand with us, convince them that would be a good "investment and fun time". Remember, occasion is his 40th! Our budget for it is $100 (hundred dollars), we happy to pay that, not more, not less.
