Create PDF HTML Catalog from Website

I need to create a catalog of all the products on my website. Please see [login to view URL] 1. Text and images will come from the website 2. Catalog needs to be either HTML or PDF format (or both) 3. Coder will need to propose best method for creating the catalog 4. Catalog will be printed by us in small quantities 5. Catalog will be provided on CD to customers 6. CD catalogs need to have "home page" and the ability to search, find and browse the products and product categories. 7. Coder needs to create catalog template, based on the look and style of the website 8. Coder will need to deliver final files to us for distribution, coder will not be required to produce CD or print copies. 9. Cover art for the CD will be considered as part of the project as well. 10.
