Creating a 3D Model of my house

I want a Google SketchUp 3D Model of my house. -It is a house with 2 main floors + a little cellar + roof truss. -you will get a sketch with all measurements if you decide to do it. The following things are important: -You have to make a well done 3D Plan of my house including , room size and hight, as well as the windows and also the thickness of the walls etc. -Also the roof truss and cellar should be like described in my sketch -Al levels(layers) of the house can be switched on / off. For example: So i can switch the roof to “unvisible” (layer) and now i can see into the second floor, e.g. to place some furniture. -There should also be a Layer for measurments, so that i can show the measurements or hide them. Also a seperate Layer for the Window measurments and the hight measurments. -I also want to place this 3D Model in Google Earth. Other Things: -i need also to know, how to place some furniture in the house including the correct scale -It would be great if it is possible to set little markers for water or power-supply lines. (with the option to "hide" this marks). -it would be also really great if i made my settings, like wall collor for each room and after i set my furniture, that i can make a 3D “walk-in” thrue the 3D house. If your work is good, i also have 2 other plans to make.
