Design a splash/flash page using image

I've designed a Wordpress site but need a splash page done that incorporates the graphic on the WP site and that also contains the basic elements that are seen on the old site's main page: theforgottenways.org. Basically the new site (seen here in transition: [login to view URL]) will be the "blog" site. The splash page really needs to promote the book called "The Forgotten Ways." All links should point to the Wordpress site at [login to view URL] Necessary links on the splash page would include all those that are on the old page. As far as the Flash work, we really want the provided image to be "Flashed." You will notice some colored "balls" on the image. We'd like those to blink or to fade in and out. I'll supply a .psd file of the graphic, but I do not have the "balls" in a separate layer. The splash page needs to complement the Wordpress site. That's essential. We want it to be a seamless transition from the splash page to the blog site.
