Customize stock flash file timeline and order

Hello,

I have a Flash file: [url removed, login to view]

I already have a banner made. I need to take the "splats" from this file and put on the banner. I do not need you to use any of the transitions. JUST a few of the splats.

You will take the file and remove many of the splats. I need it so that they splats occur one or two at a time for about 3 seconds then disappear and 1-2 more splats appear etc..

Right now the splats are too many.

I do not need the splat vectors/movie to be altered, just change the color, the timeline and the size of the splats to fit my banner. No difficult changing of the vectors or movieslip etc...

The timeline should last about 15-20 seconds (maybe shorter depending on the size of the file).
