Adobe Flash programming / Downloadable Digital Flashcards

I am looking for a company or someone who can make Flashcards as a DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE for both Mac & Windows. From my knowledge Adobe Flash program is enough to make it. I want to make Flashcards look like the attached images. And I refer to below website. [login to view URL] Add to above website I put Pronunciation sound function. I have mp3 or wav files already(Korean). But It is not divided each word. Hope to find someone also cut each sound too.
