I am currently writing a top down 2D shooter and have the following art requirements:
Requirements Summary

png format.
transparent background.
2D.
Top down view from directly above.
Sprites to be north facing (no rotation required).
frames must be in a single row, not column.
each frame must occupy the exact same amount of pixels and have equal spacing.
walking sprite sheets must cover a full walk cycle with enough frames to keep it looking smooth and natural when looped. The same goes for the death sequence.
at least 128x128 pixels per frame (should be scalable down to 32x32 without losing too much detail).
Boss Spider sprite sheets (2 in total).

Black widow style spider.
1 x Full walk cycle.
1 x death sequence.
The death sequence should take into acccount that the spider will die via gun fire (this is obviously a giant spider, not a normal sized one).
No limit on the amount of blood and gore in the death sequence.
Spider should have red blood/goo.
My budget is at the very bottom end for this as this is a nice to have rather than must have in my game at the moment.
These are just my idea on how I would like things to look. If you have any better suggestions, I'm more than happy to listen.
Proof of past artwork required. Previous experience of sprite sheets preferred.
NOTE: I am not interested in doing any form of royalty payment, I just want a simple once off fee for the artwork involved.
