We need a cartoon version of a short music video. This project is the first step to create an animated character of the person in the video clip.
Just to make it clear for everybody: The video should be "re-drawn" frame by frame (you may use any smart software that you have) and at the end it should look as an animated cartoon.
Decent illustrator skills are indispensable for this job. Bid only if you *CAN* draw.
