Develop Flash site further (AS3)

I have a three language flash site with xml-file to edit content. I need mainly small fixes to it: such as text updates, moving some elements to another place and removing images. Most of these fixes are already made but have to be transferred to two other languages.
One bigger feature is also needed: a image gallery. The system should create thumbnails of the uploaded pictures.
Additional feature for this is that admin can upload and remove images from an easy-to-use interface. This additional feature is not offered here and you can estimate the cost on the message.
I can post the lint to site by PM if you need to check it. The used technique is actionscript 3 and i would estimate that the updates (without upload image -function) is about 20hours for experienced developer. These updates must be made during this week.
The site is continously under development so I will need help for coming years as well (approx 5 hours per month).
