Custom video player with multiple subtitle support

I need a custom video player made in AS3. You can use any video engine you are familiar with, but it must have a GUI different than the common players (like jw player but with a custom GUI that will be provided). The video player must support multiple subtitles (2 at least), read from external .srt files. The subtitles must be able to change while the video is playing by clicking on an icon that will loop between all the available subtitles and display the two letter code for the language (EN, ES, PT, etc). There will be a static directory where all the subtitles will be stored and the video url will always change, so it will be an absolute url.
