Completion of Expert Advisor and Integration of Predictive Neural Network

I have a custom EA that was programmed in C++ (and QT). I need a neural network that will find correlations between the price of the S&P 500, a five-period EMA, a custom index average, and another indicator designed for the EA. After the NN analyzes the correlations between the S&P 500 and the three tools, it should be able to predict the direction of the S&P three to five bars forward. The existing EA sounds alarms for buy and sell signals. When the EA and NN agree, I would like an additional alarm to signify that agreement. Also, I would like the training of the NN to be straightforward. I am a trader and not a programmer. Ease of use in training the NN is important. The NN must work in a MicroSoft Windows environment.
