Expert Front End Developer Wanted - EUROPE, US Developers ONLY

PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING. NOTHING IN HERE IS NEGOTIABLE. No Asian/Indian/Pakistani or Southern/Eastern Asia bidders please. I need a Front End Developer to help assist create our very important site. You will be working with our back end developer to bring the site to life. He is using API technology and requires someone with Ajax (jQuery) experience to compliment his work. The site is a medium for where "Party A" posts a project and "Party B" places a quote. It has other features such as Dashboard for Party A and Party B, Feedback System and Messaging. The homepage allows users to search for projects based on their search results. The whole site will have approx 30 to 50 pages, but most pages are replicates for processes. It is a similar concept to Freelancer but more basic and for the building industry. A mock up design is already made, you will have great design skills to be able to tweak and make design adjustments to make the site look a little more professional. I will send the successful bidder a Work Flow chart of the site and the home page mock up, they will then need to carry the rest with their imagination. I need the entire Front End developed within 1 month. I need it done to my absolute satisfaction. In regards to payment, I will set an initial $200 milestone for good will, but no further milestones will be made. Rather the total payment will be released at the end of the project. Please don't ask. We are so tired of people who can't deliver and then having to dispute milestones. We are very genuine, and this will result in on going work for you, so your commitment must be long term.
