Currently a paper based ledger is used for this small caravan park. It has the days of the month across the top of the page and the room numbers down the left side. The days are split in half being morning and afternoon to assess checkout times properly. The user must have the ability to enter the booking dates for the required room and also be able mark the booking as paid. The check box area needs to change colour for the bookings that have been paid to differentiate from those that have not. I have photos of the original paper based ledger and can include that also. I see many forms out there that could be used for this with some minor tweaking to include the half days and the paid bookings. Do it any way you like as long as it works and is easy to use. This will be loaded onto a tablet so the owner can take it around the park with him. There is limited wifi which is why we are not using a web based app
