a database and dashboard designed

i want a dashboard made which can at a glimpse show me how my teams are performing.

There are 30 teams in total.

There is 9 different metrics i am tracking.

I want the ability to filter each team depending on the metric.

i want the database to be something i can import via a website, or something where i can enter daily values and it adds to the team total.

I have examples available for more granular detail if required.
