Creating an Excel formula to aggregate underlying reports into a master report based on conditions

I need someone to create the most effective formula to pull underlying reports (business cases) into a master consolidated file based on a Yes / No Condition of whether those financials should be included in the total. The master file needs to pull through identically formatted reports i.e. a standard Balance sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow from up to 8 individual business streams / business segments and aggregate them based on the Yes / No Condition of whether they should be included in the scenario or not. I have uploaded a simple template example. I would like someone to make the formula work for this example. I can then copy it over to all files. I only need a working example of the formula that I can then apply. I don't need all the files updated. The formula needs to say if the condition is Y then pull the data from the corresponding Filename, worksheet and cell dynamically referenced from the list of file names.

However I would recommend a macro for your implementation to avoid errors creeping in while copying extremely lengthy formulae across several cells. Macro would be an easier option to maintain as well. I can write a Macro for AUD 25 and send it to you in a few hours time if awarded.
