Convert Products and options from Volusion to 3dCart 1

We need to convert about 500 products from Excel file exported from
Volusion based shopping cart website, to a format that can be imported
to 3Dcart based website. Mostly requires changing column names, and converting
Volusion's website categoryID numbers to the actual category names which 3Dcart uses.
Also about 10,000 product options need to be converted.
About 6 hours of work based on past exprience. Must be familiar with basic formulas in Excel,
for mass cell data converting, and experience with Volusion and 3Dcart product database tables a plus!
