I run a small mail order business supplying activity products to care homes.
We are about to undertake a mailing to 20,000 care homes.
We use software called mail order manager, this stores over 1000 past customers. This software allows import and export of data.
Also we have seperate databases in excel for care homes in England, Scotland, Wales and N Ireland. These need tidying as they have duplicates.
What I want is the databases cleaned, we only need the name and address of home, this needs to be merged with the mail order manager (MOM) software removing the many duplicates it contaiuns with the excel spreadsheets.
