Convert Excel Spreadsheet Calculator to iPad App

Hello! I am looking to create a simple ipad app that can help my sales reps in the field. I currently have an Excel spreadsheet that we entered the measurements, etc into. I want to convert this excel spreadsheet calculator to simple iPad app. It would be cool to be able to draw with your finger the outline of the house and then fill in the details on a PDF document and be able print/email the file to a customer while at their home. Excel spreadsheet requires inputs and performs a calculation and creates an estimate that can be printed or emailed to the customer.
