Data Mining Web Scraping

Need to mine data [login to view URL] and others Total fields are about 10. I want someone to design a script to automatically scrap data from the website using a list of zip codes or cities and organize it into an Excel spreadsheet I have designed. I will supply the zip codes and spreadsheet. 1000 to 40000 cities. You need to know how to design scripts and be experienced using algorithms and coding to collect and organize large data sets. The code itself should be relatively simple. We would like you to teach us to make modifications and we want all original code in case site changes a little over time. We had a guy in india complete about 2/3 of the script writing and the user interface and then disappeared with our money with out finishing the job. We have the .exe he sent us but is incomplete. I would like to talk about the project on the phone or IM .
