Data cleaning, packaging, and uploading tool and Graphic User Interface

We want to develop a client-side data packaging tool that converts information stored in various file types (such as .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .mdb, .accdb, etc.) and structures (wide, long, dyadic, etc.) into a standardized .json format, to be uploaded into our data analytics system. The data-packaging tool will interface with the the existing system by way of a client-side API. This packaging tool will act in place of the current command based tool for uploading data into our data analytics system. The product will need to include standard user interface tools used to facilitate data locating and selection. It also needs to be robust enough to identify different variants of standard data fields and records, including non-standard characters, and reformat and package them into the final .json format that the system recognizes. We are looking for developers with expertise in web programmatic Interface (API) and RESTful application design, who are capable of designing user interface with little support from the primary developer who has developed the main data analytics system. The desired candidate should have previous experience working and successfully completing projects based on Web Programmatic Interface (API) in RESTful platforms. This project has the possibility of becoming a longer-term arrangement for the development of additional auxiliary components for the Data-Gator project.
