Hello, I bid on the project you had a little while back, I was going to send you a sample of some of the Dashboard work I've done, but I never saw a response back about it. Pivot Tables and Charts will automatically summarize data and they make great templates. It's pretty easy to copy the results to PowerPoint! :) I can set it up so all you have to do is paste in new information, hit the refresh button, and all your data will be ready to go!

I have worked in both excel and PowerPoint for years and we could link the excel into charts that will automatically populate pie charts, diagrams, or pyramid graphics as you change the excel information from month to month [It is a lot easier than you may think]. I can help you out. I've done this many times. What you probably want to do is create a template with a link function that will automatically update data. Then create a bitmap of the template to go into PowerPoint (cleanist). The other way is to create a excel table directly into the PowerPoint slide that will update automatically when the excel is updated. The only thing to remember with this is to make sure the excel and powerpoint files are in the same server.
