Create report from spreadsheet - quick buck!

I have a Mac "Numbers" spreadsheet containing about 5-fields/headings with approximately 1,000 lines of brief content. (I have attached the empty spreadsheet template: "Script Spreadsheet Template"). I would like you to export the spreadsheet into FileMaker-11 and layout a Report, where each field group would automatically populate the report in a cascading fashion...like a book. The layout of the report is a very simple movie script (example attached "Script Report Layout"); Note: If there is a way to create this report and stay right from "Numbers" and not even have to use FileMaker - all the better. Should take about 20-30 minutes for reasonably good programmer. So bids should reflect that time spent. Sorry about the time factor being so short. I am in a time crunch.
