Convert a VB6 App to VB.net

We have a project that is written completely in VB6. There are 19 forms, 4 classes, and 4 module. It uses DataEnviornment for connectivity to a MDB database. It references to some DLL like MSCOMM32 for connection to RS232 devices. We want this to be re-written to use VB.net. A copy of all the code and database will be provided. The testing criteria will be to try the functions in the VB6 product and compare the results to the .net product. The end goal is to have [login to view URL] application running on Windows 8 32bit. All bids will be subject to looking at the code and this is not provided at this stage. It will be provided at a later time to a short list of bidders. What is provided is a screen shot of every form in the system (including multi-use forms) and some code fragments (representative of the application as a whole). Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
