i have sufficient knowledge and skill to perform this task, does not look too difficult to do. Also tell if some programming the chips also have to done because that could be problematic, otherwise can be done pretty easily. i live in Delhi (if that helps).

Hello, I think I have the required skills and experience for the task you propose; i have a specific experience in mechatronics system design and manufacturing, with regards to vending machines, as well as drafting of the necessary technical documentation. I do not see the coin reservoir, the electric cabinet that holds all PCB and the external structure in the images, if missing I can model it in 3D and sent to you all files you need for manufacturing. About electronics I can see in pics, it is very plain to assembly, assuming the MCUs are already programmed.
