C++ coding of a mathematical model

I have a mathematical model, which I want to be coded in C++ or C.
This model calculates the inventory I need to stock in my warehouse.
I have already coded it in Matlab and since Matlab does not have an efficient solver for solving the model, I want to get it coded in C++ as then I will have more solvers to use. I can discuss the model further also send my Matlab code. Referring to my Matlab code will make it easy to understand and then it can be converted to C++ on an hourly basis and also can chat with me in case of doubts.
