Digital function generator

I want a digital function generator to produce 3 signals modulated + and - 20v The software/app control must be via Bluetooth from iPhone, android, pc, mac ---> The hardware AND software must be part of the quotation. The attached file is only to see what we are doing present on a atmega2560 5inch TFT but the phone and pc software/app must have user friendly search and program setup. The treatment programs must be sent to online db when there is internet connection and client must be able to share their treatment programs with each other. The hardware must be made robust and a prototype is required to be made (component cost will be paid by employer) signal outputs must be videoed to prove the product is functional. Treatments are sets of frequencies that run for a set time and then step to the next. Treatments are loaded to form a program and more than one programs can be selected to run in series as treatment protocol (save option).
