Specifications for Booking System for Macadamia Castle Develop a database for all types of bookings for Macadamia Castle Prefer File Maker pro v11 solution but would consider database solution if we can host. Need booking form for each entry type ( four) based on current booking spreadsheets ( approx. 25 fields per form) Need list view of all bookings sorted by date Need ability to add more forms and more fields to forms Need to be able to send confirmations by email to clients populated with booking details. Need limited data ( Time, Date, booking name) to appear on our gmail calendar Prefer to share data with developer via a Dropbox account. Suggest at least 5 tables • Client Contact Details ( master contact list with contact details kept in one form only to be shared across bookings) • Birthday bookings • Group Park Bookings • Group Café Bookings • School Group booking form And reports • List of events by date • Detail report for each booking Post to other applications • Time , date and event name post to Gmail Calendar

Hello I am FieMaker Developer from Slovakia. My online Portfolio : [login to view URL] Problem with sync is FileMaker it self canot sync calendar with Google calendar , it need plugin to go with it. So if you need sync option you will have to buy the plugin and plugin will be license to your company. If you dont need automatically sync i can create script that push the email to google account and from that email you can add the events to google calendar. Would you consider to move to FileMaker 12 instad of FileMaker 11 ? and My Company can offer you FileMaker Hosting services. i have connection speed 1 GBps so its will be accessible in everywhere if you have FileMaker pro or FileMaker Go.
