Asian editor wanted

Wanted Asian editor for bulk article cleanup over (I hope) many months of work. I am bidding on a client's job who wants me to provide 250 articles a week. They have low quality requirements, but I still think I need an editor. The first several batches of articles will be experimental to confirm both quality of the editor (you) and the writers. I have a client who needs 1,000+ articles paraphrased, they claim to have staff who average 5 such articles in 2 hours. I'm concerned with very basic editing and you'll be spending very limited time on each articles. I expect these to be 400-600 words. Unfortunately I'm very cost sensitive on this.
