Create approxamaly . 8,000 pages from a template... Easy

If you go to this website you will see 50 directories of the states of the United States [login to view URL] I did the state of Alaska so you could see what I want [login to view URL] On that page you'll see a drop-down menu where I created pages for each city from a template that you will have for each state. The the template is saved in each directory as [login to view URL] So for example in each page in the Alaska directory. I saved [login to view URL] 27 times then renamed each page according to their link the drop-down menu. So let's use Anchorage Alaska as as an example I started with. [login to view URL] THE TEMPLATE for Alaska Then renamed it and saved it as Anchorage.html. Then opened it and highlighted "City" in the source code so that all the meta-tags and everything that said City in the document would be changed! Using control F with "City" highlighted....Then replace with... "Anchorage" Replace All. Then everything that said city now says Anchorage and save the page. If you do it right it will say 10 changes have [login to view URL] do it over and over with every city for that state. Then you would need to go to the next State using the "[login to view URL]" and do it all over again. This work wont take no rocket scientist... great work for beginner or somebody new here at freelancers... The winning bidder will start with Alabama and after finishing send it to me for inspection to make sure they're doing right. There are between 7000 and 8000 cities and pages involved to be made here. Easy but mundane work... I'm okay with paying you for half of it once half of the work is done and I have expected it quality, and make sure all the source code has not been messed with and no mailware added to the documents. And then upon receiving the finished work and only after I have inspected the work I will pay for the finished product. So bid if you're not cool with that.
