Business Component for middle tier - open to bidding

I would like to have simple business component to be placed in middle tier. The back end database should MS SQL Server 2008.

Front end will set the properties of the business component and should be able to call published function to add, edit, delete, list and calculate.

For example: would like to create LoanAccount, which has properties like Limit, Type, Name, expiry date, int rate etc. Should be able to add, edit, delete and calculate Int amount.
