I have a spreadsheet that has each month sorted.
Jan, Feb, March, April, May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec.
You will have to manuelly sort out all the purchases so I can check
how much of each purchase I have made.

YOU WILL CREATE ONE LINE ITEM and MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THIS:
12/26 Godaddy $8.67
NOTE: the first number is the amount spent.
Second number is the monthly balance ( do not confuse)
You will sort out one month at a time and complete it without errors.
EACH MONTH needs to be cleaned up and made sure that you capture (ACCURATELY)
the following items as an example that should be put on the spreadsheet so we can see
how much we have been spending per catergory ( Godaddy, Bluehost, Storage, Radio Shack)
DATE:12/26
NAME: Godaddy
AMOUNT: $8.67
( this was the example above and should take you about ONE HOUR PER month)
We have 12 months to sort, need to be sorted within the next three days ( maximum).

I'm a practicing accountant with vast amount of excel experience in capturing and formatting data. In relation to your project in ordering 12 months of data over 12 tabs in an excel spreadsheet, I will be able to complete with in a maximum of 3 days (a definite time line within the 3 day mark can be confirmed once I've seen your spreadsheet).
I can either order the data as you mentioned in your posting:
DATE DESCRIPTION AMOUNT
Or as above but seperate into columns such as:
DATE DESCRIPTION AMOUNT / STATIONARY WEB TRAVEL BANK FEES WAGES ETC
This will give you a clear picture on how much you're spending each month on inidividual categories.
