I am a professional Business Analyst and I have set up databases for clients in the past. If you want something like an Access database with a more user-friendly input form, I can definitely provide that for you. I can also set up a report in Access that will produce charts and anything of that nature. Otherwise, I have developed a full reporting package in Excel linked to Access, so if Access can't handle it, I can get Excel to do it. Just let me know what you would generally like to see on such a report and I will see what Access can do.

Hi, I am currently working with large databases and I have the experience to deisgn and implement your database. My MS SQL Server 2008/2012 solution will provide: 1. Database design (after requirements analysis) 2. The database itself 3. A proposal for user interface - Excel-like. It has the power of managing a huge amount information but it is Excel based, welll-know to people and free. 4. A proposal for database replication. I'm working in data integration for health industry, my work is to make hetergonous environements communicates by synchronizing their data (custumers, orders, productions...). The project you porpose is in perfect agreement with my passion for data handling. I think that we need a datawarehouse (vs databse) for developping the projetct and analysing the large data with high performance . Dataware will be desined taking into account governemental data architecture but also your different analysis axes. For user interface i think that a BI solution will answer perferctly to your need (graphs, maps, stats, data export...), depending on your budget i can propose you a list of solutions, there is also Open source bi solution.
