Advanced Data Processing in Excel

Hi all, OK I have run a survey which has had 3,000 responses. The first part of the survey sets up the profile of the respondent with multiple choice questions. Eg Age bracket, where they live etc. There are 7 questions like this. The second parts asks them multiple choice questions such as 'Do you ever use the phone while driving?' answers being 'Frequently, sometimes, rarely... etc' What I need is for these data to be analysed so I can pull out interesting parts of it. Eg fine out that Males, aged 25-40, who drive Toyotas are three times as likely to speed when driving. So each answer will have a numerical figure. I need someone to put together all the combinations of the first 7 questions, that have at least 20 responses (to be statistcally significant) and give them an average number that can be compared to the overall mean. Make sense? Should be a 2 hour job to the right person. However, please DO NOT flood me with 'Yes i can do it' without reading the project first. To prove you have read it, I will need you to reword the requirments in a PM. Sorry to have to ask but I do need to. Also, tell me if the first 7 questions are all Yes/No questions, how many 'setup' combinations will there be? I will just delet any bids that ignore the above two points.
