Hello I have a databank of just under 4900 Questions which are currently in either PDF format or MS word format.
The answers to the questions may be highlighed or are available at the end of the paper.
I require these questions be populated in an excel spreadsheet.
Most of the questions require to be retyped or if you have some other ways of doing so by all means.
I am paying USD0.02 per Question
My TOTAL BUDGET FOR THIS IS USD100. Nothing more.

I AM NOT PAYING IN ADVANCED. ONLY AT 50% milestone and the rest upon completion.
