A user get a excel file (downloaded by he/she or send to he/she by email). At the moment the user open the Excel file a form shows up asking between 6 and 15 questions most of them characters the rest are radio buttons (most of them yes/no type), multi-selection choice, dates, integers, and float numbers.
Most of the fields need are mandatory (no blank allowed), at least half need to be in a set of specific answers.
At least 3 buttons at the end of the form: Send/Cancel/Reset.
When send is press, a option box pops up asking the user how to send the information: Mail/SFTP.
The information will be sent as an XML file or EDIFACT (a UN EDI stardard).
The Excel file will have a hidden sheet where any activity (fail or sucess) will be recorded (logged).
It is acceptable to create a program instead of using Excel, coded using Java, C++, Python but the source code need to be provided and fully documented.
