Objective: We are seeking for individuals who have experience completing Real Estate BPO's (BROKER PRICE OPINIONS) . Process: EVERY BPO is time sensitive - we will provide projects (including photos) of a BPO assignment. Requirements: Candidates should have BPO experience using Keystone and ResNet. Billing knowledge via LPS is a plus! Preference: Individuals who can deliver *same day BPOs* (completed within 1 business day of being assigned) preferred - please indicate this on your application. I pull tax records for the subject property then pull sold/pending and active comps using a variety of resources. I then fill out the forms, make the appropriate adjustments and reach my suggested listed price efficiently and in a timely manner. I also provide details about subject property and the history of the market. I can provide a fast turn around rate(Same Day BPO's) and possess the ability to complete multiple BPO's in a day.
