Build an Excel Work spreadsheet

hi - each week my sales team need to record the following for the week 1. Employee name 2. Phone calls made 3. Appointments in their diary 4. How many Deals 5. conversion rate (this is simply number 3 divided by number 2 x 100 shown as a %) 6. Clients names 7. Allocated to Adviser 8. Cancelled appointments (name of person and a reason why) Each day, they need to record the following 1. Employee name 2. Phone calls made 3. Appointments made 4. conversion rate (this is simply number 3 divided by number 2 x 100, shown as a %) 5. Deals made and the clients name I am after an excel spreadsheet which allows them to simply enter in their daily numbers and it collects it all and provides the weekly report immediately. It would nee to to be broken down by each week in the year our working week is Saturday to Friday my excel knowledge is limited so i apologize in advance other things needed 1. be able to add and remove employees from this spreadsheet as we hire more and let some go 2. be able to separate per month if needed, not just showing a total. This will help working out whats months are better 3. be able to compare the employers against each other through graphs perhaps on another tab 4. some cells locked so the staff don't change it 5. an easily accessible collection of the cancelled clients, separated by employee and month 6. easy to use Looking for someone with some creative flair to make this not only look good but be quite useful moving forward open to your suggestions
