Hello there my beloved employer, As i see that you need a Personal Assistant who will communicate with the freelancers and you to get things get done on time. I already have 3 years experience in being a Project Manager who handles 8 remote freelancers for a client. I have the ability to handle and assist those freelancer whenever they need help from you. I will act as you, work like you, help them like you. So basically what you need is a replacement for you. Hi First of all I assure you about my ability of doing this job. - Good English and communication skills - Doing last semester of my BS in Computer Sciences. Now come straight to salary. How can we decide flat fee per month when you are not mentioning accurate hours of work. There is a huge difference between 8 to 48 hours per month. I think, the only accurate calculation we can get would be through hourly rate. And I offer $5/hr Second, If you want a flat rate it would be $200/month (But work must not exceed 48 hours in a month than; any extra hour would be charged $8/hr) Thank you Mansoor
