Adding Products, and data entry Magento E-commerce Site

We are a Wireless Accessory Company that is sells online and looking for someone or a team to come on board and update our products along with adding new products and taking old products off site. This will be a monthly long term job. You will add products that will include product name, specifications, product description, properly-cropped photographs, meta key word, UPC, notes (where and what site product came from, if pre-order put that), put it in the right category(s), retail price (some products don't have a price and we will go over that with you at the time), make sure it's live and looks correct, checking YouTube for relevant video links, and then properly writing out the description in full sentences from the data collected. This requires visiting the vendor website, copying the photos and descriptions listed there, potentially reviewing spec sheets to see if more information is available, checking YouTube for relevant video links, and then properly writing out the description in full sentences from the data collected.
We have 1 site where you can download the inventory and upload onto our site, then you must go through the inventory to make sure it’s in the right area like if it’s a Samsung note 4 ballistic case then it needs to be in cases, ballistic as manufacturer, then need to select Default Category, Samsung Note 4 in Cellphone accessories, categories and cases. Then need to make sure the product is filled out with everything needed. The other 2 sites isn’t good with product description and upc # so you will need to look for it. We have a certain product description layout we use, we can help on certain things there is one site we use to get some of the information we need. Last site we have their other site that gives you retail price but as far as description you have to look for it, we might have one or two descriptions for some products. You will also go through our products on our sites and make sure they are still active and check the inventory with product status (in stock – out of stock – etc.) if not then you are to put it in an excel sheet with all the info, date and send to us. Once we approve it then you would create a new product over the old product listing same if it's a Close Out just let us know what it is. We are unsure on how many products there is to be added and looked at monthly, taken a guess we would say it be 3,000 products if not more.
We have thousands of potential products to add, on an ongoing basis.
I would appreciate a proposal for this kind of work, this will be a monthly payment not per hour job. You must have lots of experience doing this job and are a 100% positive you can do the job on a permanent basis.
