Conversion of Equations from Word to Indesignn CS3

I have a document created in Word 2008 which has about 57 complex equations in it that I need to import into an InDesign CS3 document. I am attaching a screenshot of some of these to give an example of what they would need to look like in the InDesign document. I can import the equations as images myself, however they need to be high quality for printing so I'm looking for a proper text version of these equations that can then be placed into the document. I would send over the Word (docx) file with the equations in and would be hoping to receive the formatted equations in an InDesign CS3 file that I could then use to cut and paste the equations into my main document - can anybody do this?

Hello apostledesigns, I'm working with InDesign on a daily basis. I would recommend creating a vector version for every equation and including those in InDesign. That way you'll get very high quality and it would print right too. If you're interested in doing it this way, feel free to contact me. I would need the docx file of course. Hi, I think I have a solution of your problem and I think you can do it by yourself. You can send me the word file, I'll send you .inx file (because I have InDesign CS4, and this is the extension for a file created in CS4 and to be editable in CS3, all I want to say is that you won't have problems with this file you can open and save and edit it in CS3 :)) But in the InDesign file the equations won't be text, they will be in curves... And if have any corrections, you'll have 2 possibilities: - to resend me a word file with correct equations - I can teach you haw to do this by yourself :) It's up to you Ani
