Calling for Customer's Contact Info

I have 1900 contacts in my database whom I have spoken with but the email address no longer works. I need someone to call the number for these contacts and tell the receptionist that the email no longer works and ask for the new one.
These contacts are museums and amusement parks nationwide.
Generally, one of two things will happen:
1. Receptionist gives you the correct email address
2. Receptionist says that the contact person is no longer there. At this point, ask for the name and email of the person who handles what the contact person used to do.
You will be provided with a list of contacts and the phone numbers and the current email address on record.
