Craigslist Posting Position- Great opportunity for the right freelancer | PVA's and Proxies required

Hi! We are looking for someone who can post in multiple US cities, using a different account for each city by creating the different accounts with paid US proxies, and then publishing the ads using a Paid US VPA. Our company offers mobile app and web development services; we already do a lot of craigslist posting in two cities right now and we are looking to expand into different cities. We are familiar with the process on how ads get posted and we have a specific request on how we want to do business I am not looking to pay $1-$3 per ad. Mostly because I only need Just 10-15 ads in each city we post in, but it is imperative that the ads are accepted and not flagged immediately, and if the ads are flagged later by competition, then we want them replaced. Each of our ads contain 20 photos from our portfolio, and a very long description of our company process. We want to pay someone a monthly fee around $20 to maintain 15 ads in one particular city, using a paid US proxy for the account, and a unique paid US phone VPA to publish the ads in that particular city. We will then request the account information and WE will personally refresh the advertisements every 2-3 days. So you dont have to worry about refreshing the ads; however, if an add is taken down we will notify you and we want it replaced at your earliest convince. So basically around $20 a month to maintain just only 15 ads in one city, and you dont have to worry about refreshing because we will do that, the only thing is if the ad is flagged we will notify you to replace it . We want to try this out with one city to begin with, and we know that our craigslist ads are profitable because we have already tested with two cities, so if everything works as planned we hope to expand to over 50+ cities so that could result in a lucrative opportunity for you. But for right now very simple $20 to maintain 15 ads in one city for one month. If the ad is flagged or ghosted then it is your responsibility to replace it as soon as possible, however We will be responsible to refresh the ads every 2-3 days, so you should provide us with the login information of the account you create.
