Database consolidation / management

We have a database that we are using that has roughly 92k entries. We have two other updated databases that we would rather use instead of our original. One is roughly 38k entries (list A), the other about 57k entries (list B).
Since list A and B are new they do not have all the information our original list has (GPS coordinates, addresses, email info etc.). What we need is for someone to compare our original database info to both database A and B, remove duplicates and update any missing information.
The databases are in excel format. This should be a simple job for someone that knows the excel software. Let me know if this can be done, for what cost and how long it will take. Thanks!
