We are looking for a customer service rep (handling tickets) to join our team. You will be answering tickets using our ticketing system, Zendesk, and also monitoring our Facebook groups for any customer support issues. Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required. - Zendesk ticketing system experience - Experience using Infusionsoft - Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus. - Self-starter, self-motivated - Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. - Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers - Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude - Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed. I worked as a VA to a number of online clients. I can help you get organized by using online productivity tools. I use GoToMyPC and TeamViewer to remotely access my client’s computers as well as use collaboration/project management tools such as Basecamp, Salesforce, High Rise, and Google Drive to manage projects and leads and MS Office Suites like MS Excel and Word and other cloud-based tools necessary for office administration work. I also use Skype to maintain regular communication. You know that you are dealing with honest and hardworking professional that take online work seriously. Dear Employer, I was part of Dell International Services handling their Technical Support Operations here in the Philippines. Unfortunately they have moved the BPO operations to another country. My most recent position was as a Quality Auditor for 2 years but I was a Technical Support Associate before that. We handle technical support for hardware and software, customer care and a little bit of sales. Before being promoted, I was assigned as a support person for nesting agents and I would usually handle some of the escalations. As part of the support group, we were also trained and certified as Social Media experts to answer and resolve issues posted online. I also worked as Technical Support for Sykes Asia handling one of their ISP accounts. We troubleshoot internet connection issues including browser and some related software. We were using Siebel to create and monitor logs however anything similar to that will not be a problem for me to learn. I am also open to learn new things and explore other software related to this position. I am currently looking for an opportunity working at home so having a flexible schedule and going on overtime will not be a problem. I am available for an interview through Skype to further discuss my qualifications.

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required. - I have 5 years of experience in help desk system. - Zendesk ticketing system experience - I am used to different types of ticket system so there won't be any issue to use Zendesk system. - Experience using Infusionsoft - I am new with this. - Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus. - I am system administrator so there won't be any issue to handle PC troubleshooting issue. (Not hardware- For that they have to contact vender) - Self-starter, self-motivated - I don't see any issue here.
