I have a lot of experience with excel. Problem could solve in two ways, first by connecting cells with formulas and the other way is by using macros in VBA.

In the first sheet containing 154 entries you can add a+b+c+d no of columns, where a,b,c,d are no of questions in 4 sheets. Each of the 4 sheets will have 154 columns for answers. These answers will be reflected on the first sheet as a summary score. Finally you have to run pivot reports. Best solution will be to use MS-Access to store data and Excel to display queries. Should you need me to do this work pl send a small sample, In will execute the pilot at no cost and then we can move on..
